Tri-County Clinic Schedule for
Stroke/Turn and Starter/Referee officials who attended a Tri-County training clinic in 2007 need not be re-certified this year. Those certifications are good for 2 years. Previously certified officials who did not attend a clinic in 2007 must be re-certified this year. Re-certifying Starter/Referee officials must re-certify in Stroke/Turn as well. It is also recommended that all Tri-County Representatives be certified in Stroke/Turn.
Members who would like to become Stroke/Turn or Starter/Referee officials must attend certifying clinics. It is recommended that before becoming a Starter/Referee a member serve as a Stroke/Turn official for 2 Tri-County seasons.

All new and re-certifying officials should become familiar with the Tri-County rules, which include the technical swimming rules of USA Swimming, before attending the clinic sessions. Please refer to the Tri-County web site and the USA Swimming web site for complete information.
